These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OmniStream (the "Service"), a marketplace where developers publish APIs and where anyone can call those APIs through a single key. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OmniStream ingests an API's OpenAPI specification, generates client SDKs, and provides a unified proxy so that a consumer can call any listed API with one "Omni key". We act as an intermediary between API publishers and API consumers. We do not own, operate, or guarantee the upstream APIs listed on the marketplace.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password and Omni keys confidential. Keys authenticate requests and meter usage; treat them like passwords. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
If you publish an API, you represent that you own or are authorized to expose it, and that your upstream credentials are valid. You are responsible for your API's availability, accuracy, security, and for any terms you impose on its consumers. You grant OmniStream the right to fetch your specification, generate SDKs and documentation, proxy requests to your upstream, and display your listing.
If you submit a listing for an API you do not own ("Community listing"), you warrant that you have the owner's permission to list it. Community listings carry no individual attribution and are not tied to your account as owner. The rightful owner may submit a claim at any time and OmniStream will review and transfer ownership to them. OmniStream may remove any community listing at the owner's request without prior notice to the submitter.
Requests you make through the unified proxy are forwarded to the publisher's upstream. Data returned by an upstream is governed by that publisher's own terms. OmniStream is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any upstream response.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice.
EU/EEA consumers: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By starting to use a paid plan within that period, you ask us to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
The Service, including its software, generated SDKs scaffolding, branding, and design, belongs to OmniStreamand is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the generated SDKs to build and operate your own applications. You retain ownership of your APIs and your content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or any listed API will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniStream will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold OmniStream harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your API listings, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe a listing or an upstream reached through the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to the contact below identifying the rights, the material, and your contact details. We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material, and may terminate repeat infringers.
If your API has been listed on OmniStream without your authorization, email support@skinvaults.online with the subject line "Unauthorized listing - [slug]". We will review and remove or transfer the listing within 5 business days. You may also use the "Claim this API" button on the listing page to request ownership directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent Dutch courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your country of residence, and nothing here deprives you of the right to bring proceedings there where the law allows.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
